Mr Shibly has developed the expertise in formulating, executing and monitoring organization’s strategy, plan and policies on effective engagement and utilization of human resources, employee and industrial relations, training and development, compensation and benefits for achieving total Company objectives and goals. He created an effective and contemporary HR platform while providing consulting services on Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, management restructuring, HRM systems etc. to a number of large companies in Bangladesh.

As the Code of Conduct Regional Implementation Manager, South Asia, Mr Shibly had successfully rolled out and implemented the global standard for ethical and legal behaviour as well as, principles guiding the way of doing business in BOC India, BOC Pakistan and BOC Bangladesh. He is also a Resource Person and Guest Faculty of apex trade bodies (MCCI, Employers Federation etc.), management development centres, and Universities in Bangladesh (IBA, East West University, Victoria University, ULAB etc.). He has taken regular courses in MBA programs (major in HRM) as an Adjunct Faculty in IBA, East West University, ULAB and Victoria University.
