Responsible for Viyellatex Group:
Recruitment: Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding (Local & Foreign), training, and performance management.
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances at VTL & ECL. Supervise maternity benefit process, including:
Compliance & Audit: Handle buyer audits and third-party compliance audits. Ensure full documentation and readiness for HR and administrative compliance
Insurance Management: Responsible for Life and Health Insurance for all employees of Viyellatex Group. Negotiate policies, manage renewals, and process claims.
